This is the entity you contract with and the entity that takes payment. Company registration proves a business legally exists and shows who runs it. On its own, it proves nothing about permission to supply prescription-only medicines.
North Harrow Pharmacy is the registered premises
North Harrow Pharmacy, 509 Pinner Road, North Harrow, Harrow HA2 6EH, is where prescriptions for The Weight Clinic are dispensed. It holds General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) premises registration 1034996. It is our own pharmacy: a registered premises with a fixed address and a superintendent pharmacist accountable for it, not a third-party dispenser. Your prescription is dispensed there and dispatched from there by Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature, in discreet packaging.
The distinction matters because the two registrations answer different questions. A company number tells you the business is real. The GPhC premises registration tells you the place that handles your medicine is regulated and inspectable, and that a named pharmacist carries legal responsibility for how it operates. The superintendent pharmacist is the person legally responsible for the way the registered pharmacy operates. Your consultation is with a pharmacist independent prescriber from the list above, and a prescriber reviews your case and electronically signs the prescription if one is appropriate. The chain your order follows
Accountability is easier to judge when you can see where an order goes and who handles it. This is the sequence for a first order, from the questionnaire to the parcel.
- You complete the online questionnaire. It is free, and it asks for weight, height, BMI and sex first, with your contact details last.
- Eligibility rules are applied by the system rather than by a salesperson.
- You verify your identity with photo ID before a first treatment. If you are switching from another provider, you upload evidence of your current dose.
- You book and attend a 10-minute video consultation with a named pharmacist independent prescriber.
- A prescriber reviews the case and electronically signs a prescription. An order can be declined, and a declined order is refunded.
- The prescription is dispensed at North Harrow Pharmacy and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature, in discreet packaging.
Doses move one step at a time — your current dose, one step up, or one step down — and switching between medicines follows published dose-equivalence rules. Someone transferring in who evidences a higher dose may be continued at it. Since 27 July 2026, orders have gone out as Royal Mail tracked parcels.
After your order arrives, you can message the clinical team from your patient account, attach photos, report side effects, and ask for a prescriber dose review before a reorder is dispatched. A prescriber can also place an order on hold and request more information, which blocks dispatch until you answer.

The data protection registration

Warning signs worth checking on any site
