The Weight Clinic offers four prescription-only weight-loss treatment options: Mounjaro and Wegovy as injections, and the Wegovy tablet and Foundayo as tablets. Prices run from £115 to £295 per pen or pack, with £5 tracked delivery added once per order, and there is no general first-order discount code, so the price shown is the price charged.
This page is a reference rather than a sales page. It is for anyone comparing UK providers, working out what a course of treatment would cost, or trying to understand why the strength you start on is decided by a prescriber rather than chosen from a list.

Injections and tablets
The injections
Mounjaro and Wegovy are supplied as pre-filled injection pens. Mounjaro is stocked in six strengths, from 2.5mg to 15mg, and the Wegovy injection in six strengths, from 0.25mg to 7.2mg. Both are prescription-only medicines and neither is suitable for everyone; what the clinical trial data shows for each is set out on its own treatment page rather than here.
The tablets
The Wegovy tablet is stocked in 1.5mg, 4mg, 9mg and 25mg. The strengths available differ from the injection, so a dose of one is not a like-for-like match for a dose of the other. Foundayo is also a tablet, currently stocked in 0.8mg, 2.5mg and 9mg. All four medicines and the strengths available are listed on our treatments page.
Which medicine and which form is appropriate is decided by the prescriber after reviewing your questionnaire and your consultation. Your medical history, any other medicines you take, and your previous experience of weight-loss treatment all feed into that assessment.
Foundayo strengths that are not yet available
Foundayo is currently available in three strengths: 0.8mg, 2.5mg and 9mg, and those are the three in the table above. Foundayo 5.5mg, 14.5mg and 17.2mg are not yet available. They are expected in late September 2026, no price has been published for them, and they cannot be ordered before they are released. Availability depends on supply, so the timing may change.
Your starting dose is a clinical decision, not a checkout choice
Every medicine on this page is a prescription-only medicine. The strength you receive is decided by a pharmacist independent prescriber after reviewing your case: it is a clinical decision, not something you choose at checkout. A patient transferring in from another provider who uploads evidence of a higher current dose may be continued at that dose.
Two rules shape what you can be offered. First, doses move one step at a time: on any given order, the system will allow your current dose, one step up, or one step down. Second, if you are moving between medicines, the equivalent dose is worked out using published dose-equivalence rules rather than a like-for-like number.
There is a practical consequence for cost. Because doses move one step at a time, a first order is usually at the lower end of the range for that medicine, and what you pay changes as the dose changes rather than staying fixed.
If you are already on treatment elsewhere
Switchers are asked to upload evidence of their current supply and dose before they can be continued at that dose. A claimed dose on its own is not accepted. It is an extra step, and it slows the first order down, but it is how someone already part-way up the ladder is continued rather than started again at the bottom.
What you pay for, and when
The online questionnaire is free. It asks for your weight, height and sex first and your contact details last, applies the eligibility rules, and you can complete it and stop there without paying anything. What you are charged when you do proceed is the price of the medicine plus £5 delivery, and that is the total that appears on your order.
Between payment and dispatch there are several steps: photo ID verification before a first treatment, evidence of your current dose if you are switching, a 10-minute video consultation with a named pharmacist independent prescriber booked from the available slots, the prescriber's review and electronically signed prescription, then dispensing at North Harrow Pharmacy — our own pharmacy, GPhC premises registration 1034996 — and dispatch by tracked post.
Once treatment has started, the price of a reorder is the price of the strength you are prescribed, plus the same £5 delivery. You can message the clinical team through your account and attach photos, report side effects, and tick a box to ask a prescriber to review your dose before a reorder is dispatched. Reorder reminders are timed to when your supply runs out and shift if doses are missed or wasted. A prescriber can also hold an order and ask for more information, which blocks dispatch until you answer.
If treatment is declined, or you change your mind
Orders can be declined. If a prescriber reviews your case and decides that treatment is not appropriate for you, the payment is refunded.
If you cancel before dispatch and no consultation appointment was ever booked, you are refunded in full. If an appointment was booked, the refund is less £25, whether or not the appointment went ahead and whether or not it was later cancelled or rearranged; we never retain more than you paid. Separately, if a prescriber reviews your case and declines to supply, your payment is refunded and the £25 does not apply.
The prices above are the catalogue prices as at 13 September 2026. Check the product page for the current price before ordering.
Frequently asked questions
Are these the full prices, or is there a discount code?
These are the full prices. There is no general first-order discount code at The Weight Clinic, so the price shown is the price charged. You pay the catalogue price for the strength you are prescribed, plus £5 tracked delivery per order.
How much is delivery, and is it charged every time?
Delivery is £5 per order, charged on every order including repeat orders. It is added to the price in the table, so an order for a £160 pen totals £165. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature, in discreet packaging.
Are the prices per month or per pen?
Prices are per pen for the injections and per pack for the tablets, not per month. Because doses move one step at a time, the amount you pay can change over the course of treatment rather than staying fixed.
Can I choose which dose I start on?
No. The strength is a clinical decision made by a pharmacist independent prescriber after reviewing your case, not a checkout choice. Doses move one step at a time, and if you are switching from another medicine the equivalent dose is calculated using published dose-equivalence rules. A patient transferring in who evidences a higher current dose may be continued at that dose.
Why are some Foundayo strengths missing from the list?
Foundayo is currently available in 0.8mg, 2.5mg and 9mg. The 5.5mg, 14.5mg and 17.2mg strengths are not yet available. They are expected in late September 2026, no price has been published for them, and they cannot be ordered before they are released.
What happens if the prescriber decides treatment is not right for me?
The order is declined and the payment is refunded, and the £25 does not apply. If you cancel before dispatch yourself and no consultation appointment was ever booked, you are refunded in full; if an appointment was booked, the refund is less £25, whether or not the appointment went ahead and whether or not it was later cancelled or rearranged. We never retain more than you paid.
