Clinician-led weight-loss injections.
Two of the UK's most effective licensed weight-loss injections, both taken once a week. We prescribe only after a full clinical review — including a video consultation with our prescriber — and dispense from our own GPhC-registered pharmacy. Your prescriber helps you choose the right one for you.
Two proven once-weekly injections.
Both are licensed for weight management and prescribed after your consultation.

Wegovy
Semaglutide · once weekly
A once-weekly injection that works on the GLP-1 appetite pathway, so you feel fuller for longer and naturally eat less alongside diet and activity changes.
- Gentle, gradual dose titration
- A widely-used, well-established option

Mounjaro
Tirzepatide · once weekly
A dual-action injection that targets two gut-hormone receptors — GLP-1 and GIP — for appetite control, often our most effective option for weight loss.
- Dual GLP-1 + GIP mechanism
- Stepped dose from 2.5mg to 15mg
*Averages from manufacturer clinical trials, alongside lifestyle support; individual results vary and not everyone reaches this. You always see the exact price for your dose, including tracked delivery, before you pay.
Less appetite, fewer cravings.
Both Mounjaro and Wegovy mimic gut hormones your body naturally releases after eating. They reduce appetite, slow how quickly your stomach empties so you feel fuller for longer, and quieten the "food noise" that drives snacking — so you naturally eat less.
They don't burn fat directly. They support the conditions under which your body uses stored energy more effectively, and they work best alongside changes to diet and activity — not instead of them. Both are once-weekly injections you give yourself with a simple pre-filled pen, and your dose is increased slowly under supervision.
